The office has the most beautiful architecture and decor. The office has so many cool perks too. Top quality coffee, popcorn, and mobile 24hr access. “Being an architect, this space checks off all of the aspects I was looking for in a start up office space. Adaptive reuse of a beautiful old church, urban setting with lots of local amenities, in walking distance, and a great community environment with other co-working members. Josh Mente, the owner, is great and always looking for ways to help members with their business and a big foodie and beer enthusiast! He’s also typically on site and making sure everyone is happy. Sicily the community manager always greets you with a smile in the morning and keeps the everything running smoothly. This is a great working environment and wouldn’t want to be anywhere else!”

“CoBalt is a wonderful community space. The building and environment are peaceful. Maybe because if it’s Church history. They seem to have everything you need to work and function as an office. They always accommodate requests. The furnishings and layout allows you a variety of places to work, do calls and hold meetings.”

“There’s a lot to like about this work space. Lots of different work spaces to choose from because I chose to not have a permanent office. Architecturally it’s interesting. The temperature is always just right. The sounds..? Don’t really notice much. One day there was a group at an event, and the manager kindly quieted then down (but it wasn’t a big deal). The staff and owner are present and eager to make this space work well.
Best of all, I am productive. I always find a table (since I have a membership with Hot Desks). That is to say it’s neither crowded nor empty. I havn’t used the conference rooms yet, and when I do I’m sure it will go smoothly. Lots of interesting other businesses are present. There seem to be monthly gatherings, allowing for a little sociability.
It’s been a smart move for me.”

“What a beautiful space! 100 yr old Historic Hampden Church, revitalized into communal and private workspace. Glass cube conference room. Three floors of historic architecture, high cathedral ceilings, beautiful original stained glass, natural lighting, wifi, outlets everywhere, different work settings, big conference rooms and a variety of coworking memberships! Can’t wait to work out of this space, host events here and get those creative Baltimore vibes flowing. OH, have I mentioned the wonderful team that owns this space? Yeah. They overflow with kindness and hard work ethics like I’ve never seen before.”
