1. How to Register
Go to members.cobaltworkspace.com. Click Register on the upper right.
Note: The System will prompt you to generate a strong password, and the box will be RED if the password is not strong enough.
2. How to Add Payment Information
Click The arrow in the upper right-hand corner of your profile and select PAYMENT SOURCES
Note: If adding a bank account, verification is needed and can take several days for the process to complete.
3. How to Book Private Meeting Space
Select RESERVATIONS at the top of your member profile.
4. How to Cancel a Booking
Click The arrow in the upper right-hand corner of your profile and select BOOKINGS
5. How to get setup on the Mobile App
For Apple(I OS), Open the App Store, and Search Proximity Mobile
For Android, Open the Google Play, and Search Proximity Mobile
6. How to Reset My Password
Go To members.cobaltworkspace.com and select LOGIN
Select FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD
Enter your email associated with your account.
You Will Receive an Email with a Password Reset Link
7. How to Change My Payment Method
Select MEMBERSHIPS from your drop down menu in members.cobaltworkspace.com. Click on the PENCIL ICON to add additional payment methods
